12AM is a Sri Lankan independent record label and creative house pushing the boundaries of music, art, and culture. We’re not chasing trends, we’re building a movement that defines the English music scene in Sri Lanka.
The label was first created for Mdnyte, to give his music a home in a scene that had no space for it. What began as a way to bring his vision to life has grown into something larger: a platform that now drives the Sri Lankan English music scene forward, creating space for other artists to rise and be heard.

12AM started off as Mdnyte’s personal space, a label he built to bring his own creative vision to life when no one else really got it. But what began as one artist’s experiment slowly grew into something bigger. Over time, 12AM became a home for anyone in Sri Lanka chasing the English music dream.
Now, it’s more than just a label, it’s a space for artists to grow, experiment, and make something real together.
